On behalf of our client, we are looking for a professional project leader responsible for the life cycle management of diagnostic systems in coagulation.


Position: Global Program Manager Coagulation
Location: Rotkreuz, Switzerland

Job description:
- Life cycle management of the product portfolio "coagulation"
- Management of relationships with strategic partners and coordination of all activities within OEM and B2B business
- Close collaboration with internal project teams and coordination of operating units (R&D, IT Solutions, Operations, Global Marketing)
- Achievement of objectives with respect to defined goals in product development and preparation of product launches
- Ensures deadlines are reached with respect to specification, quality, timelines, and costs in product development
- Responsible for monitoring quality, cost and availability of products

Your Profile:
- You have an economic or scientific education (MBA and/or PhD), with severeal years industrial experience in marketing. Knowledge of diagnostics, medical devices or the life science market would be an asset
- Strong leadership qualities including motivation of others to meet performance goals
- Experience with project management
- Accustomed to building up strategic relationships with international strategic partners (OEM, B2B)
- Strong conceptual skills, excellent communicator within an international environment
- Excellent knowledge of English and German
