As a member of our multilingual Customer Service Center you are the primary contact person for our clients of the North-West Europe regions. You consult our target groups patients, pharmacies and doctors surgeries in compliance of the existing service level agreements.
Content of your activity is the qualified treatment and response of applications and marketing orientated requests for Diabetes and Coagulations Management. For all functional topics you will get a sophisticated job training. Further jobs of your activities will be the handling and documentation of customer complaints according internal and external guidelines.
