The Position


As a member of our multilingual Customer Service Center you are the primary contact person for our clients of the North-West Europe regions. You consult our target groups patients, pharmacies and doctors surgeries in compliance of the existing service level agreements.


Content of your activity is the qualified treatment and response of applications and marketing orientated requests for Diabetes and Coagulations Management. For all functional topics you will get a sophisticated job training. Further jobs of your activities will be the handling and documentation of customer complaints according internal and external guidelines.

You have completed your commercial, scientific or technical education, and ideally are currently working at a call center. We expect fluent command of English as well as good communication skills in French and good computer literacy. Ideally, you have accumulated first job experience in a customer service center, preferably in healthcare. Furthermore, your working methods are service and sales orientated and you proceed in both a flexible and group-orientated manner. Your working hours will be in compliance with the national service times.
